The customer had carpet in bedrooms & vinyl planks throughout remaining of their home. The vinyl planks were shifting due to the floor preparation not being completed correctly by previous company who installed them (not us:) They initially requested new carpet in bedrooms, but also asked for a quote on hybrid throughout whole house. They didn’t think it would be in their budget. They ended up being very happy with price & are very happy with the job.
